Any word on whether this happens next year or not?

Not that I have heard yet. I don't see why it wouldn't, they needed to market it more, but there were quite a few people there, plus TONS of cars.

I heard that it was a great event. I'm going for sure next year, provided it happens again. My wife and I have friends up in the area, prices were reasonable, we're only an hour and a half from the track, and my daughter is becoming a car girl. With enough notice of dates and prices, it's going to end up as the focal point of a nice weeklong vacation.

You remember the galery I posted the other from Mid Ohio's vintage event?

the lady who took those photos (Toe) was working Grid on both that event and the Indy SVRA event. She's a great help

Yeah it was crazy cheap for a 3 day race weekend. I paid 55 bucks with parking for it! I also had a place to stay so no hotel fee! I think they will probably raise prices a bit next year but it still won't by too expensive.

The only problem I have is that the track is okay, it isn't bad, but isn't something like Road America with trees and long straights and elevation changes. On the plus side it is smaller so it doesn't take 3 years to walk from one side to the other.
